Ordering and Payment Options
Whether this is your first time shopping online or your hundredth time, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. That's why we offer three easy and convenient ways to shop the Home Marketplace website. Take a look...
  1. One way to shop our website is to simply browse through the items by clicking on a category along the left side of the screen or just by selecting one of the many items we feature each month. This way you'll be able to take a peek at all of our handy, hard to find, great value gadgets and gifts.

  2. If you have an idea of what you're looking for but aren't sure exactly where to find it, try our Search Feature located at the top of the page. It allows you to look for an item using a keyword or by simply typing in the 6-digit product number.

  3. Certain transactions on our site may result in a pop-up page being displayed. If you click on the "Add to Cart" button and nothing appears to happen, you probably have a pop-up blocker preventing the next page from showing. You can temporarily disallow the pop-up blocker from preventing display. Please see instructions for your particular blocker software.

Shipping & Handling Information

Processing Time
Most orders ship from our warehouse in 2-3 working days from receipt of your order (4-6 working days for personalized items).

Standard Shipping
We use USPS (United States Post Office) as our delivery agent. Allow up to 7-10 working days for shipments to reach you after leaving our warehouse. You can ship an order to yourself at a different address. Please use a street address whenever possible; PO boxes may delay delivery.

Express Shipping (No PO Boxes Allowed)
We have three express shipping methods in addition to the standard shipping listed above. Express shipping is not available for oversized items; shipments to PO boxes, drop-ship items, or out-of-stock items.

FedEx Home/Ground: 3-4 Day Service Your order will arrive in 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $8.99.

2nd Day Air Shipping: FedEx Air 2 Day Service Your order will arrive in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above). Additional Cost: $13.99.

Overnight Shipping: FedEx 1 Day Air Your order will arrive the next day after leaving our warehouse (see processing time above).Additional Cost: $37.99.

PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING IS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. $6.00 will be added to Priority Mail orders shipped to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. It is highly recommended that customers outside the Continental United States choose Priority Mail Service, otherwise it can take as much as 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Personalized as well as nonpersonalized merchandise can be returned for a replacement or refund.

To return an item, fill in the reverse side of your packing slip and send it to us along with the item. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper and mail along with the item to: The Home Marketplace, Return Goods

On credit card replacements or exchanges, the original order will be credited and the replacement or exchange will be recharged.
